BTCCSquare news:

Caroline Pham, acting chair of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), is departing after four years to become MoonPay's Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. Her move follows a growing trend of regulators transitioning to crypto-native roles, mirroring former White House crypto Council executive director Bo Hines' recent shift to Tether.

Pham will oversee MoonPay's global legal operations and regulatory strategy in Washington. At Citigroup, she spent seven years before joining the CFTC in 2022. Her vacancy will be filled by crypto attorney Mike Selig, pending Senate confirmation next week.
